When the for sale by owner decided they needed the services of a REALTOR, and most do, Don & Diane had already built a relationship with them.
Being the REALTORS on the community site, they now had buyers and sellers coming to them, and they were spending far less than they had before. They essentially had the entire community referring business to them.
However, one of the most rewarding aspects of the site was their ability to help others. By creating a place for residents, businesses and area non profits to thrive, they were able to give back to the community that had given them so much.
